Changes in administration

In 2010 we have some changes in the administration:

A) From this year we have to charge 19% germany value added tax (VAT) and pay it to the tax department. In this case we had to recalculate our sales prices for the most products.

B) We are now using a new merchandising management and bookkeeping software called "Lexware financial office". After your order you will receive now an order confirmation with a request for payment. As soon as we have received your payment, we will ship your order together with an official invoice.

C) Transparent payment modalities: Every customer may decide whether he wants to pay the full amount via PayPal or makes a bank transfer and can deduct directly 3% trade discount.

D) New shipping cost table.
